MEET THE FOUNDERS
ALI ITRI
Ali Itri founded Alliance Management Company in 2020 focusing on lifestyle, parenting, and wellness creators with an emphasis on meaningful storytelling and thoughtful representation. Passionate about having a strong relationship with her talent, she has always championed diversity and is committed to working with brands looking to amplify diverse voices, which is the backbone of her company. She has fostered close relationships with brands, literary agents, licensing companies, and TV production companies.
Prior to launching Alliance Management Company, Itri worked as a Senior Talent Manager at DBA for 5 years brokering ambassadorships with Fortune 500 companies. Spearheading the launch of their TikTok division, Itri’s work with TikTok creators earned her a top spot in Business Insider’s Top Managers and Agents for TikTok Talent. Prior to pivoting to digital media, she produced the feature film Shovel Buddies starring Bella Thorne for AwesomenessTV (owned by ViacomCBS). Itri spent the first 10 years of her career at Tastemade, Management 360, and Chernin Entertainment.
Itri graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. When this LA native is not working, she enjoys sharpening her cooking skills in the kitchen and working on her DIY home projects.
APRIL ABRAMS
After over a decade of working with celebrity and influencer talent, April Abrams founded Inspired Management in 2020, which focuses on representation for lifestyle, beauty, wellness and parenting creators. Inspired Management prioritizes longevity and foresight in the ever-evolving digital industry and strives to expand client’s brands with long-term goals in mind.
Abrams previously worked on the senior leadership team at DBA where she represented a large roster of clients as well as led a division of talent managers and support staff. During her 4 years at DBA, Abrams launched a myriad of products, ambassadorships, books and thousands of brand deals with clients. As a leader, Abrams spearheaded a number of company-wide initiatives to promote growth and a supportive work environment, including DBA’s internship program, educational workshops and junior support staff programs.
Prior to DBA, Abrams worked for companies such as ICM, Federated Media and EQAL where she worked on all sides of the celebrity and digital media industry.
Abrams is passionate about helping others in her work and personal life and loves the way that social media amplifies inspiring voices to create social change and connection. She lives in Palos Verdes, CA with her husband and 2 daughters.
